John Kosmas
John Kosmas is a CPA, global investment dealmaker and strategic advisor with over 35 years of leadership across professional services, private wealth and complex cross-border transactions.
He specialises in the origination, structuring and execution of high-value property and hospitality investments, with a career defined by sourcing developing and repositioning assets across real estate, hospitality, aerospace and healthcare. John has consistently operated at the intersection of capital, assets and execution—advising, leading and delivering outcomes across diverse international markets.
Throughout his career, John has built a highly trusted global network of family offices, institutional investors, private capital providers, developers and operating partners. Leveraging these relationships, he has led and advised on strategic acquisitions, cross-border joint ventures, complex investment structures and significant equity and debt transactions across Asia, Europe and the Middle East.
